Responsibilities
Architect and implement agentic orchestration layer with task graphs, multi-agent coordination, and workflow delegation systems
Design LLM routing and model orchestration infrastructure for multimodal, multilingual AI applications at India-scale
Lead engineering teams building agent-to-agent communication protocols, handoffs, and reliability engineering frameworks
Define technical architecture for memory systems, personalization engines, and safety guardrails across AI agents
Build evaluation harnesses and monitoring systems for agent performance, hallucination detection, and cost optimisation
Drive integration architecture for partner APIs, enabling end-to-end workflow completion across commerce and productivity
Establish technical standards for deterministic fallbacks, verification systems, and production-grade agent reliability
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience architecting distributed systems and AI/ML platforms at 100M+ user scale
Expert-level experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and multi-model routing architectures
Proven track record building agentic AI systems with task delegation, planning, and multi-agent coordination
Deep hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and agent framework development for production systems
Experience leading engineering teams of 15+ engineers across AI infrastructure and platform development
Strong background in vector databases and RAG architectures for knowledge retrieval at enterprise scale
Demonstrated experience with cloud-native AI systems handling petabyte-scale data processing and model serving
Preferred
Previous experience building consumer AI applications with agent-based architectures
Background in natural language processing, computer vision, or multimodal AI systems
Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks for AI systems
Open source contributions to AI orchestration frameworks or agent coordination platforms
Prior experience at AI-first companies or large-scale technology platforms serving Indian markets
