Instruct awardees on data collection processes and train on data collection systems
Create data dashboards
Serve as a subject matter on the database and respond to research and data questions
Serve as a liaison with the IRB, collaborate with external consultants, and work cross functionally with different departments
Support research, data generation, analysis, and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant non-profit or government research experience are required
Proficiencies in statistical software or programming languages are required
A bachelor's degree is required
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with advanced Excel skills
Effective and flexible teamwork approach with on the ground research experience
Preferred
A master's degree is preferred
