Responsibilities
Support attorneys by inputting time and managing schedules, correspondence, and communications with both internal and external stakeholders
Draft and finalize letters and legal documents, including trust and estate documents, as well as prepare client binders and presentation materials
Coordinate the client billing process, draft invoices, manage reimbursements, and handle other financial administrative tasks
Manage the attorney’s calendar, schedule conferences and calls, and arrange travel as needed
Maintain confidentiality on all firm matters and use advanced electronic document management and filing systems to keep records organized and accessible
Assist with new client onboarding, from preparing engagement letters to handling the conflicts check process
Provide Notary Public services as needed to support client transactions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a law firm setting, with a demonstrated history of supporting senior-level attorneys
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage complex tasks with high professionalism and discretion
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
Experience with document management software (e.g., iManage/FileSite)
A bachelor's degree
