Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Triage and assign service tickets based on urgency, scope, and technician skill set
Monitor ticket lifecycle to ensure SLA response and resolution times are consistently met
Coordinate and adjust technician schedules to optimize workload distribution and client satisfaction
Communicate with clients regarding updates, timelines, and escalations
Review, audit, and maintain ticket documentation for accuracy and process consistency
Oversee on-call rotations and support team time approvals
Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and maintaining internal documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in IT coordination, service dispatch, or help desk environments
Familiarity with IT service delivery workflows and SLA-driven environments
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
Experience using or supporting ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Automate, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, high-volume service setting
Preferred
Exposure to IT concepts such as triage, endpoint support, and ticket escalation
Previous experience in managed services, professional services, or IT project coordination
Demonstrated success operating independently with a solution-oriented mindset
Interest in potential growth into low-level technical or leadership roles
