Responsibilities
Promote a consistently exceptional client experience
Maintain office standards to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist the District Advisor with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Advisors and administrative staff
Coordinate and document licensing, continuing education, and annual training requirements
Ensure support staff receive new hire and ongoing administrative training
Work with leadership to maintain a marketing events calendar and assist with event planning as needed
Manage district bookkeeping and business tracking, including:
Advisor production reporting
District expenses
Lease and utilities billing
Oversee office communication procedures and compliance recordkeeping
Coordinate office equipment, hardware/software upgrades, and provide training to district personnel
Observe all state and federal employer requirements and First Command procedures related to hiring and termination
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
3–5 years of general office experience
Ability to successfully complete a background check, fingerprinting, and required employment documentation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and management experience
General knowledge of financial products
