Strategic Sales Manager

House of Math is a Scandinavian-built math learning platform that aims to improve student outcomes. They are seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones in the enterprise and education markets.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new accounts across enterprise, association, and education segments
Execute outbound prospecting and pipeline development
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations
Negotiate and close subscription and partnership agreements
Position House of Math as a durable, long-term solution rather than a short-term promotion
Own post-signature commercial responsibility for accounts you sign
Drive seat expansion and increased adoption within signed accounts
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities as usage grows
Work with Customer Success to support onboarding and maximize engagement
Maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and champions
Build sell-through relationships with trade associations and benefit platforms
Enable partner organizations to drive adoption across their member base
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns that support account growth
Manage all leads, deals, and accounts in HubSpot CRM
Track both account acquisition and seat growth performance
Forecast revenue and provide regular pipeline updates

Required

5–10 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales (EdTech, SaaS, benefits, or platform sales preferred)
Demonstrated success in both new logo acquisition and account expansion
Experience selling to enterprise, associations, or education decision-makers
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
