Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is responsible for ensuring the brand is expressed with clarity and consistency across all channels, while partnering with various teams to translate brand vision into compelling plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities
Serve as a day-to-day steward of the Island Stone brand, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality across all channels and touchpoints
Translate brand strategy into actionable plans, campaigns, and initiatives
Manage and enforce brand standards and style guidelines
Keep internal teams and external partners aligned around brand direction and execution
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity
Measure and report on brand and marketing performance
Partner closely with Product Development on product positioning, storytelling, naming, and launch planning
Ensure product narratives reflect materiality, craft, application, and design intent
Support launch execution across marketing, sales tools, digital content, and trade channels
Support Sales and dealer partners with brand-aligned tools, materials, and messaging
Ensure dealer marketing and advertising efforts align with brand standards
Provide brand and product guidance to support selling conversations
Lead creation and delivery of marketing materials and physical displays
Oversee photography planning, artwork production, and image usage
Manage production of catalogs, brochures, tear sheets, and printed collateral
Ensure all materials meet brand and design standards
Manage website content updates and brand-related digital initiatives
Oversee the asset management platform to ensure accessibility and proper usage
Plan and oversee social media content in alignment with brand tone
Produce and manage video content for brand, product, and instructional use
Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and brand experiences
Coordinate marketing assets, materials, and timelines for events
Support public relations initiatives and development of press materials
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role
Experience working with design-driven, premium, or consumer brands
Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity
Hands-on experience supporting product launches and marketing initiatives across digital and print channels
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with metrics, reporting, and basic budget tracking
Based within driving distance of Carlsbad, California
Preferred
Experience in architecture, interior design, or trade-focused environments
