Product Marketing Specialist

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Marketing Specialist to join our innovative OEM team. This hybrid role combines product marketing and product management responsibilities, focusing on driving the development, positioning, and promotion of industrial and SaaS-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead market and competitive research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and strategic opportunities
Collaborate with software development, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product roadmaps aligned with business goals
Manage the lifecycle of OEM and SaaS products from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to industrial and B2B audiences
Conduct product demos for clients and internal teams to drive adoption and sales
Use SQL and analytical tools to interpret customer segmentation, usage patterns, and campaign performance
Support digital marketing campaigns with technical product insights and competitive differentiation
Create sales enablement materials, training sessions, and collateral that communicate product value
Monitor developments in e-commerce platforms, software trends, and customer preferences to keep offerings competitive
Facilitate Agile project management practices to ensure responsive, iterative development cycles
Track product marketing KPIs and optimize strategies based on performance data
Recommend innovative approaches to product storytelling and promotion

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
5+ years in product marketing, product management, or B2B SaaS/digital solutions
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project coordination
Proficiency in SQL and data interpretation for market insights and segmentation
Exceptional presentation and messaging skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, software development lifecycle, and digital marketing channels
Understanding of sales processes and how product positioning influences decision-making
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, SEO best practices
Effective collaboration across departments and with external agencies
Strong time management and attention to detail across multiple projects
