Deliver Exceptional Service: WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service
Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Work with your team members to ensure efficient and safe truck operations
Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations
Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers
Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform
Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Qualification
Required
A great attitude! Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!
Age Requirement: 21+ years of age
Driver's License: a valid, unrestricted driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun environment
Physical Capability: Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
Preferred
Experience: Previous customer service, hospitality, retail sales, restaurant, or labor experience preferred
