Responsibilities
Lead and support ICB planning cycles (annual budget, forecasting, strategic planning, month-end close), ensuring alignment across categories and regions
Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives, including developing financial models and analysis to support ICB’s CFO-led initiatives and drive business growth
Manage functional expense budgeting and staff page tracking, including headcount planning, variance analysis, and year-end accruals for ICB
Develop analytics to ensure ICB’s KPIs are on track to meet strategic objectives
Lead and assist in finance digitization initiatives, including Power BI reporting, S4 Hana Project, and other special projects
Champion simplification and standardization of finance processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related program and 5+ years of directly related finance experience, OR Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related program and 3 + years of directly related finance experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
Preferred
Degree in accounting or finance
Demonstrated analytical skillset and financial statement management
Experience in supply chain finance, sales finance, exposure to marketing/strategic business issues, significant analytical projects, and fundamental accounting
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to teams
Ability to influence, lead and collaborate to achieve objectives and produce results
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization
MS Office, Power BI, SAP/S4 Hana, BPC
Highly analytical, strong sense of initiative and excellent team-worker
