Responsibilities

Own and lead the enterprise 340B program, ensuring governance, compliance with HRSA requirements, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
Develop and execute strategies to maximize 340B program value while maintaining regulatory integrity
Lead external partnerships and vendor relationships, serving as the primary escalation point and driving performance, dispute resolution, and optimization
Oversee 340B financial governance, including accumulations, claims, chargebacks, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support in partnership with Finance
Lead internal and external audits and drive corrective action planning and timely remediation
Partner cross-functionally with Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and external stakeholders to support effective execution and system readiness
Lead and support 340B system implementations, enhancements, and data integrations
Lead pharmacy pricing strategy across brand and generic drugs, balancing cost, reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and competitive positioning
Evaluate market trends, contracts, and formulary changes to continuously optimize pricing models
Drive healthcare project execution and readiness for new club openings, remodels, and enterprise Health & Wellness initiatives
Coordinate technology, systems, fixture, and field readiness, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across teams and vendors
Enable in-club marketing, member readiness, and engagement in partnership with Marketing and Operations
Support broader Health & Wellness initiatives across pharmacy, optical, and hearing

Required

7+ years of experience in 340B program management, pharmacy operations, or healthcare finance
Deep working knowledge of 340B regulations, contract pharmacy models, and audit requirements
Proven experience managing complex external partnerships
Strong financial reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with TPAs and large-scale pharmacy data sets
3+ years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, or a related field
Experience supporting cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives
Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, optical, or regulated operational environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed checklists, timelines, and dependencies
Ability to coordinate across technology, operations, compliance, and field teams
Clear and effective communication skills, with comfort escalating risks and issues
2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, PharmD)
Experience in large retail pharmacy, health system, or national pharmacy network
Experience navigating manufacturer disputes and program restrictions
Familiarity with chargeback systems, claims adjudication, and pharmacy data platforms
Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field like (not limited to) project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
