12 mos. exp. in customer service
Or graduate core program in accounting, business, public administration, or related field which included 3 courses in accounting
30 mos. exp. in accounting, auditing, &/or taxation
12 mos. exp. in supervisory principles & techniques
12 mos. exp. in customer service
Or 18 mos. exp. as a Tax Examiner Specialist, 66813
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
