Part-Time Administrative / Accounting Support
GPAC is a growing building materials company seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative / Accounting Support professional to assist with day-to-day financial and operational tasks. The role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, tracking commissions, payroll, and providing invoicing support.

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable: posting payments and following up on past-due invoices
Accounts Payable: paying vendors by check/ACH and reconciling bank statements
Tracking commissions, payroll, health insurance, and HSA
Sales tax support and basic reporting
Sending TAB Bank Borrowing Base reports
Invoicing support for inventory and remanufacturing
Backup support for invoicing and logistics
Qualification
Required
Prior admin or accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable handling multiple tasks
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
