Interim Stock Plan / ESPP Administrator (Contract)
Umbrex is seeking a Stock Plan / ESPP Administrator to support an existing equity compensation program. This role involves hands-on administration of Stock Plan and ESPP activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day Stock Plan and ESPP activities
Process equity grants, ESPP enrollments, transactions, and reporting
Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and plan vendors
Manage detailed, manual processes and operational nuances
Respond to employee inquiries related to equity programs
Support ongoing administration and process continuity
Qualification
Required
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1
Hands-on experience administering Stock Plans and ESPP programs
Comfortable operating independently in a detail-heavy, execution-focused role
Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
Preferred
CEP Level 2
