Establish, maintain, and actively manage RAID logs, escalating risks and issues with clear mitigation plans
Drive accountability across infrastructure, data center, application, security, and end-user computing workstreams
Support TSA design, execution, and exit, ensuring no disruption to ongoing operations
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of IT Project Management experience
Experience from a top-or mid-tier consulting firm with a dedicated M&A capability within infrastructure / data center transformation
Establish, maintain, and actively manage RAID logs
Drive accountability across infrastructure, data center, application, security, and end-user computing workstreams
Support TSA design, execution, and exit, ensuring no disruption to ongoing operations
Highly Technical Individual
Proven experience delivering IT carve-outs and data center / infrastructure integrations
Strong exposure to enterprise M&A environments requiring tight execution and governance
10–15 years of experience in IT Technical Project / Program Management
Experience in data center and hyperscale environments
Experience in infrastructure integration and separation
Preferred
Former consultant firms experience: Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, KPMG, West Monroe, Etc
