Responsibilities
Help develop and refine student personas using qualitative and quantitative data
Synthesize insights to highlight unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for differentiation
Ensure student perspectives are consistently represented in product decisions and experience design, supporting creation and updates to customer journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities
Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and launch plans for student banking products
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, channels, and outreach tactics
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a student product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer insights
Help evaluate new product ideas, feature enhancements, and experience improvements
Participate in cross-functional discussions around prioritization, business case inputs, and success metrics
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Human‑Centered Design, Finance, Data Analytics, Liberal Arts or a related field
Strong interest in product strategy, customer experience, or innovation within financial services
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to synthesize information and present insights clearly and concisely
Comfortable working with ambiguity and exploring creative, user‑centered solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to research or design tools is a plus
