Responsibilities

Assist in the development efforts to transition concepts to product development
Participate in the iterative build process in an agile environment to improve modules and systems
Communicate with internal and external cross-functional partners to define build inputs and outputs
Decompose system requirements into subsystem or electrical specifications
Conduct technical writing for engineering analysis, test protocols, and reports
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems under time-sensitive deadlines
Generate schematic and related files for PCB layout
Apply theoretical and hands-on electrical support to identify problems and accomplish tasks
Understand and follow BD processes, compose practices, and documentation templates

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
2-5 years of background in electrical engineering, particularly in the medical device or another regulated sector
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, PADS)
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit development principles
Experience with embedded systems development, including microcontrollers and firmware interaction
Familiarity with EMI/EMC development considerations and testing
Experience with various test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485) is a plus
