Director of CSS Division Operations

The Director of CSS Division Operations will act as the primary liaison between hospital teams and Parallon for all Centralized Staffing & Scheduling activities, ensuring effective communication and engagement across division and hospital leadership.

Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for CSS-related activities between Division and Hospital leadership
Ensure effective communication within the CSS team and with Division/Hospital stakeholders
Conduct site visits with hospital and division leadership as needed to strengthen relationships and address concerns
Monitor and report on KPIs, sharing trends and opportunities for improvement with division leaders
Investigate and resolve CSS/Timpani-related issues; identify areas for process improvement
Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries and solicit feedback to enhance service delivery
Implement strategies to improve engagement and collaboration between CSS and hospital teams
Advocate for CSS success by promoting best practices and supporting change initiatives
Partner with division and hospital leadership to facilitate smooth adoption of new CSS processes and technologies
Promote consistency in CSS practices across hospitals within the division
Serve as the first point of escalation for hospital concerns related to CSS
Coordinate resolution with Parallon leadership and technical teams
Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and engagement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, staffing, or related area
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Degree requirement may be substituted by current enrollment in a Bachelor Degree program or equivalent work experience with CEO approval
Experience working with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams is a plus
