Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents for complex M&A matters
Manage deal process, timelines, and execution across multiple active transactions
Support client relationships and provide day-to-day transactional counseling
Supervise and mentor junior associates on deal workflow and documentation
Coordinate across internal teams and opposing counsel to drive deals to closing
Handle a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated transactional needs
Qualification
Required
3rd–7th year associate with strong M&A experience
Proven drafting and negotiation skills across principal deal documents and ancillary agreements
Ability to manage deal processes independently and handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Comfort supervising junior associates and supporting client relationships
Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
