Responsibilities

Assist with purchasing and budget related tasks
Prepare and report metrics and project status
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with customers and stakeholders
Assist with coordinating and completing taskers
Engage with various customers and assist them in escalation and resolution of issues
Collaborate with other team members

Qualification

Customer/Help Desk SupportMS Office SuiteAgile Software DevelopmentServiceNowPower BICustomer service skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsCritical thinking skills

Required

Active DoD Secret Clearance
Proven oral and written communications skills, capable of effectively
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong customer service skills
3-5 years of progressive Customer/Help Desk Support, or related experience
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to distill information from various sources to facilitate customer decision/action
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams

Preferred

Experience working within the DoD
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle
Familiarity with using ServiceNow or related Help Desk experience
Knowledge of issues regarding information technology
Familiarity with business processes and workflows
Familiarity with Power BI and/or data analysis tools
