Own Windows & macOS endpoint management (Windows-heavy)
Administer UniFi / Ubiquiti networking (switches, APs, gateways, VLANs)
Manage security & IT vendors (CrowdStrike MDR, Proofpoint, Cloudflare, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Adobe, MSPs)
Support executives and production-critical environments
Manage IT & security projects in Asana
Maintain hardware inventory, documentation, and workflows
Handle onboarding/offboarding and access lifecycle
Coordinate network upgrades and infrastructure improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong SysAdmin experience in mixed Mac/Windows environments
Hands-on UniFi / Ubiquiti experience
Comfort owning systems end-to-end as a solo IC
Excellent documentation and customer support skills
