Partner Account Specialist
BCM One is a leading telecom provider of NextGen Communications and Managed Services. They are seeking a Partner Account Specialist who will be responsible for onboarding new partners, training, and managing accounts while working cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Learn and perform key functions within the Revenue team such as product demonstrations, solution-selling, partner training, and account management
Assist Revenue teams in daily business activities and special projects as requested
Track and maintain activity and records through CRM tools
Triage calls and emails from partners, addressing issues and escalating to others in a timely manner
Build and manage reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness and utility
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
Administrative skills that include setting appointments and webinar/web demonstration
Adept at seeing situations through the eyes of others, understanding their needs, challenges, and concerns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Thrives in a team environment
Preferred
Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
Experience with CRM platforms is desired (Hubspot or similar)
Knowledgeable in social media for business - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc
