Responsibilities
Collecting and processing vineyard samples
Assisting in receiving and processing fruit, monitoring fermentations, and simple lab analyses (°brix, pH, TA, FSO2)
Equipment operation (sorting tables, destemmer, pumps, steam generator, pressure washer)
Tank and equipment cleaning and sanitization
Conducting punch downs and pump overs
Qualification
Required
Required to lift and move up to 40 lbs, when necessary
Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a physically demanding environment
Capable of safely navigating stairs, ladders, and catwalks
Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and time management
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
The ideal candidates will have an interest in a career in fine wine production and a desire to be a team player with a positive attitude
Preferred
Some experience in these practices is desired, but not necessary
