Responsibilities

8 – 10 years’ experience in QA/Testing, including functional testing, test management
Strong functional testing expertise, including preparation of all required testing artifacts such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Reports, Defect Documentation, and Test Closure documents
Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to delegate and manage team tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all assignments
Demonstrated capability in test case design, execution, validation, and analytical problem‐solving
Strong teamwork and coordination skills, collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders
Ability to be vocal and proactive during business/stakeholder calls, asking clarifying questions, and working independently without constant direction
Hands‐on experience with at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar)
Ability to identify automation candidates, review automation scripts, and collaborate with automation engineers to ensure test coverage and maintainability
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into release workflows (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience using AI‐assisted productivity tools such as Microsoft Co‐Pilot, Anthropic Claude, or similar generative AI technologies
Ability to leverage AI for drafting test artifacts, summarizing requirements, analyzing defects, improving test coverage, or automating repetitive QA tasks
