Senior Account Executive

EDEN is transforming how HVAC contractors quote, sell, and win business. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for closing new business while also shaping the systems and processes of the early sales team.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from booking the first meeting → demo → close
Build and manage a healthy pipeline across SMB, mid-market and enterprise HVAC contractors
Run discovery that uncovers business pain points and quantifies ROI
Tailor demos and proposals to decision makers in the trades
Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve messaging, onboarding, and product-market fit
Identify scalable growth levers (resellers, affiliates, channel partnerships)
Provide real-time feedback loops to influence roadmap and GTM direction
Help define repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and CRM best practices
Model behaviors of a high-performing AE and set the standard for future hires
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
Help building and managing compensation structures, territories, and incentive plans
Step into informal leadership immediately, with the clear path to formal leadership as the team grows

Qualification

Required

3–4+ years of proven closing experience (SaaS, trades, or a mix), exceeding consistent top performance against quota
Experience navigating complex or multi-step decision processes
Strong cross-functional communication with Product, Marketing, and CS
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Excitement to hunt and gather, even with limited support and resources
Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a startup environment

Preferred

Selling SaaS into HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or other trades
Direct experience selling into owner/operators and field-service decision makers
Background building early sales processes in a startup
