Account Executive
NCR Voyix Corporation is a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions for the retail and restaurant industries. They are seeking a passionate sales professional to drive solution opportunities and enhance relationships with strategic customer partners.

Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts within a defined region
Drive new store opening (NSO) orders for large enterprise customers within the assigned territory
Lead and manage customer project orders tied to regional deployment initiatives
Conduct monthly field office visits within assigned region
Gather and share feedback from field visits to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
Partner with collections team to resolve accounts receivable issues for assigned accounts
Serve as primary point of contact for all NCR Voyix related account needs, issues, and escalations
Proactively prospect and engage non-NCR Voyix owner/operators to generate new store openings, projects, and service businesses
Align on monthly and quarterly forecasts based on committed business
Collaborate with Marketing on communication and campaign strategies informed by field insights and internal initiatives
Participate in weekly internal team meetings
Qualification
Required
Experience in total solution sales and forming tight customer partnerships
Experience creating highly complex software, hardware, and consulting solutions for large accounts
History of success developing an opportunity funnel
Ability to influence decisions and sell across multiple offices
Ability to own and manage relationships with assigned owner/operator accounts within a defined region
Ability to drive new store opening (NSO) orders for large enterprise customers within the assigned territory
Experience leading and managing customer project orders tied to regional deployment initiatives
Willingness to conduct monthly field office visits within assigned region
