Responsibilities
Own the weekly cash flow forecast, including variance analysis and forward-looking scenario planning across multi-entity environments
Supervise the AP Supervisor and Banking specialists, ensuring month-end close, bank reconciliations, and payment runs are executed with precision
Audit existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and control enhancements; review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Act as a stabilizing force for the team. You will train, coordinate, and guide staff, fostering a culture of resilience and continuous learning
Partner closely with the General Ledger team to support financial statement audits and ensure US GAAP compliance
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Deep understanding of how treasury activities flow into the general ledger
Excel power user
Comfortable with ERP systems
Ability to manage stress appropriately and maintain a deadline-oriented focus during periods of uncertainty
Preferred
CPA is highly preferred
Experience with Acumatica or OneStream is a major plus
