Fed Treasury Settlements Analyst
Global Technical Talent is a leading staffing firm and subsidiary of a Native American-owned company, seeking a Fed Treasury Settlements Analyst to support a material regulatory initiative tied to the SEC mandate for central clearing of U.S. Treasury activity. This role involves collaborating with various teams and participating in project implementation and testing activities.

Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the Treasury Clearing project team
Attend and contribute to project and stakeholder meetings
Gather, document, and validate business and operational requirements
Assist with test case design, execution, and defect tracking
Support Integration System Testing (IST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with Operations, Business Lines, Compliance, Legal, and Governance teams
Support project implementation and post-go-live readiness
Attend relevant industry sessions and regulatory updates as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Operations within financial services
3+ years of experience with Fed-eligible securities settlements
3+ years of hands-on experience with IMPACT, ADP, and/or BNY Treasury Edge
Prior experience supporting settlements-related operational projects, including testing or implementation
Strong understanding of U.S. Treasury settlement workflows
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Preferred
Prior experience in a Fed Treasury Settlements role
Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
Familiarity with central clearing or clearinghouse processes
