Responsibilities
Support determining the data driven top customer field issues list, verify an owner is assigned and status is reported weekly
Participate in cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions through problem solving process
Evaluate completed corrective actions and ensure effectiveness of actions
Recommend appropriate remedial activities
Present reports to organization regarding Supplier Quality performance
Communicate internally and externally on outcomes of investigations
Work with Engineering, Services, Manufacturing/Operations, Management, and Corporate Supplier Quality to resolve quality issues impacting customers
Any additional items assigned by the Quality Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3 to 4 years of experience within a Quality role
Proficient in Microsoft suites
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Certified Quality Engineer
Certified Quality Auditor
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement training is a plus
