Responsibilities

Identify processes and roles for each department within a customer’s business
Create a plan that allows for implementing our platform, without causing havoc on existing business
Through implementation projects, you must provide customer status updates as they occur to ensure a project is progressing towards completion
An ability to identify red flags and get your manager involved if you feel an implementation is not progressing at the rate in which it should be or customer concerns arise
Provide training, consultation, and support to new and existing Cantaloupe customers
Stay current regarding new products and enhancements to existing products, which includes participating in training opportunities or webinars as seen appropriate to enhance your skills
Utilize web hosted meeting software such as go to meeting and join me, to troubleshoot and train customers
Build and maintain customer relationships
Effectively communicate with customers and Cantaloupe management

Required

Extensive background in vending / OCS delivery / micro markets
A history of advancing through various positions into high level management
Pragmatic, analytical, and good at prioritization
Leadership skills with the ability to influence peers and counterparts in cross-functional teams
Energetic and able to work in a high-pressure startup environment
Exceptional project management, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Attentive to detail and committed to quality
Proficient in excel

Preferred

Salesforce experience a plus
