Prepare journal entries, quarterly financial statements, and audit support schedules
Manage cash flow needs and maintain accurate financial records
Develop a strong understanding of client financial profiles, including trusts and related entities
Handle bill pay, payroll monitoring, insurance tracking, and investment activity
Create and maintain financial statements in QuickBooks; perform consolidations
Prepare materials for tax filings and ensure organized document retention
Complete customized reporting, cash flow projections, and ad‑hoc accounting projects
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years in public accounting, fund accounting, family office, or fund operations
Preferred
CPA preferred
