Responsibilities

Assist in advising clients on infrastructure operations and strategic initiatives
Support project teams with data analysis, research, and preparation of client deliverables
Manage assigned tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment with client expectations
Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve project outcomes
Conduct detailed analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with team members to develop actionable recommendations and solutions
Contribute to internal processes, including resource management, pipeline tracking, and invoicing

Required

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business
1-3 years of experience in infrastructure, capital projects, construction management, corporate real estate, management consulting, or workplace consulting
Experience in supporting the delivery of capital projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and operations
Familiarity with construction project lifecycle management, including feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk management
Candidate must possess an active Secret clearance
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value to PSS clients
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel locally and nationally to meet project and client needs
Basic understanding of PSS agency operations, procurement processes, and regulatory environments, particularly in areas like capital projects, real estate, and asset management
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment
Ability to approach challenges with innovative thinking and develop practical, actionable solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables

Preferred

Exposure to construction contracts and delivery methods, such as Design-Build, CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk), and Public-Private Partnerships (P3)
Knowledge of corporate real estate operating models and infrastructure portfolio management
