Responsibilities
Responsible for overall management of network switches, firewalls, VPN and wireless
Architect and planning of network designs
Implement upgrades, patches, and configurations
Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams
Monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution
Provide secure, reliable, and cost-effective network solutions using industry best practices
Manage capacity planning for network equipment while architecting upgrade paths for growth
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all global network technologies
Evaluate, test, recommend and implement new network services and technologies as required

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
5 – 8 years of enterprise networking experience
Expert level knowledge with routing BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN
Enterprise experience working with Cisco switches and routers, including Nexus datacenter switches, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE, and Meraki and network tools such as Solarwinds NPM and Wireshark
Experience with Microsoft Azure networking, including ExpressRoute
Experience with network design and implementation planning
Proven project management experience
Knowledge of trends in technology
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
Preferred
CCNP preferred
Work experience may be substituted for some of the above requirements
