Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, including recruitment, performance coaching, and task assignment
Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support program goals
Support the development of global systematic approaches and programs
Create and distribute PMO reports (status updates, Gantt charts) and maintain/enhance reporting platforms
Act as point of contact for sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulations
Identify and implement better methods to achieve individual and departmental objectives
Manage global utility bill pay, reporting, and documentation, collaborating with partners in EMEA and APAC
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
