Responsibilities
Provide information to customers regarding order status and inventory
Meet with VP Sales on a daily basis to review quotes, to plan strategy to meet customers pricing expectations (if known) and needs in terms of orders vs. profitability
Obtains samples or blueprints and forwards to sales force or customer for approval in order to manufacture correct copy and avoid rejects
Write up new orders
Release orders for delivery and collaborates with production to maintain a balance between customer requirements and our manufacturing schedule
Coordinate the development of price quotations
Does press approvals with customers, and plant tours with new or existing customers
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years graphic packaging sales experience
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
Ability to write quotations providing detailed documentation
Preferred
Existing book of business of clients/contacts with graphic needs
Experience selling to large national brands such as Nestle
