Bilingual Field Territory Sales Manager

They are seeking a dynamic Field Territory Sales Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to lead and grow a regional sales team, manage client relationships, and develop strategies to win new business.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key decision-makers
Lead, motivate, and coach a field sales team across your territory
Identify new business opportunities and lead sales presentations to close deals
Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine strategy
Support pricing and negotiations by collaborating with vendors and internal departments
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions
Drive team performance through goal setting, tracking, and regular field training

Required

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in distribution or related sectors
1+ year of experience managing or leading field sales teams
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Willingness to travel throughout Broward, Palm Beach, Collier, and Lee counties
3 to 5+ years of relevant services and solutions sales experience
1+ years of experience with field sales management
Knowledge of Food, Hospitality, Janitorial, and Sanitation business
Track record of successfully applying selling and strategic business skills to achieve or exceed revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets
Leadership and team-building experience
Consultative sales expertise and customer-first mindset
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CRM-savvy (we use our in-house system for lead tracking and reporting)
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong understanding of the Food Service, Jan/San, Hospitality, or Healthcare verticals is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred
