Responsibilities

Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple customer implementations
Keep engineering, product, and data teams aligned and accountable
Maintain proactive timelines and structure for complex technical work
Run internal standups, customer check-ins, and cross-functional syncs
Identify risks early and keep all parties coordinated toward realistic commitments
Oversee Project Management of technical projects relating to data migrations, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Support system configuration, workflow setup, and integration requirements
Translate technical details into clear plans for both internal and external stakeholders
Partner with Solutions Engineering on pre- and post-sales technical scoping
Serve as the primary point of execution during onboarding
Clearly communicate expectations, progress, blockers, and tradeoffs
Ensure customers understand how technical work impacts timelines and deliverables
Utilize project and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday

Required

2-6+ years in SaaS project management, technical project coordination, or implementation
Must have experience in a SaaS environment - plus if you have GovTech experience
Strong understanding of data migrations, integrations, system setup, and technical dependencies
Experience working closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
Ability to run multiple projects at once in a dynamic, evolving environment
Strong communication skills - translating between technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable owning timelines, structure, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

Startup or early-stage company experience
Ability to perform BA-type work (requirements mapping, workflows)
Experience writing SQL for validation or simple troubleshooting
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or Asana
