Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of online training modules and multimedia learning experiences
Support video production for eLearning courses, including scripting, recording, and editing
Explore and apply AI-powered tools for content generation (e.g., text-to-video, voice synthesis, image generation, and animation)
Collaborate on the creation of storyboards, graphics, and interactive elements using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, and Lectora
Help manage and organize digital assets, video files, and project documentation
Conduct quality assurance reviews of course content for accuracy, usability, and visual consistency
Qualification
Required
Current college student majoring in Digital Media, Media Production, Digital Communication, Instructional Technology, or a related field
Strong interest in eLearning, educational media, and digital storytelling
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Basic experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)
Familiarity or curiosity about AI content generation tools (e.g., Runway ML, Synthesia, Pika, Midjourney)
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
A creative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
