Responsibilities
Utilize Power BI and Power Automate to create automated workflows, playbooks, and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of DCO mission activities
Design, build, and maintain dynamic and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations within Power BI
Create and consume APIs to integrate various security tools and data sources
Design, develop, test, and implement custom systems, data manipulations, and detections to automate and mature security operations
Assist in creating and tracking metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness
Protect the enterprise network and actively work to detect and mitigate malicious actors
Coordinate with government stakeholders to help integrate new capabilities into operations and assist with Knowledge Management tasks
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen, possess an active Top Secret clearance, and be eligible to obtain TS/SCI
Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or higher) certification (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC). Must be able to obtain a DoD 8570 CSSP-A certification (e.g., CySA+, GCIA) within 180 days of hire
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cyber, Software Development) with 4-8 years of applicable experience. Advanced cyber security certifications may be considered in lieu of experience
At least 2 years of progressive work experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Python development, SOAR development, or other relevant software development
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity to adapt to new technologies in dynamic environments
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field
Microsoft Power Platform, SOAR, or other automation-related certifications
Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies
Experience with DISA and familiarity with its mission and DCO environments
