Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, simple motions, and binders for our clients and court's review
Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel
Must be task orientated
Ability to work independently in a fast paced friendly environment
Additional skills in reviewing medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries is preferred
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, First Party Property, preferred (3+ years)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures needed
Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, simple motions, and binders for our clients and court's review
Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel
Must be task orientated

Additional experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
