Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs for GMP and quality systems
Design and update training modules, assessments, and learning materials
Coordinate new hire onboarding, refresher training, and annual GMP training
Maintain training records, files, and learning management systems
Track training completion and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Support audits and inspections by providing training documentation and system overviews
Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, technical, or training-related field
Experience working in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment
Background in training, quality, compliance, or safety programs
Experience developing or improving training systems or programs
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Comfortable presenting and training groups of employees
Preferred
Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office
