Responsibilities
You’ll be at the forefront of practical AI implementation, turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions
Your days will involve building intelligent systems using Python and cutting-edge frameworks, developing automation workflows that streamline complex processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in Azure cloud environments
This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on development and exploratory work—you’ll support proof-of-concept projects that could shape the organization’s AI strategy while building production-ready models that deliver immediate business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
3+ years of Python development experience
Understanding of prompt engineering techniques including prompt chaining and feedback loops
Experience implementing agentic AI systems with human-in-the-loop components
Working knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Familiarity with data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, Polars) and visualization tools
Experience or strong interest in automation technologies (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, or similar RPA tools)
Self-directed learner who stays current with emerging AI technologies
Preferred
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, smolagents, or pydantic-ai
Azure cloud services knowledge (Azure ML, OpenAI Service, Data Factory, Functions, Logic Apps)
Understanding of embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), and semantic search
API development and integration experience
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab)
Previous internships, academic research, or substantial personal projects in AI/ML
