Responsibilities
Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely
Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind‑the‑scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience
Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—taking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list
Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues
Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs
Ability to climb
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
Preferred
English communication skills; Spanish also preferred
Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus
