Responsibilities
Build targeted outbound pipelines primarily via LinkedIn
Create and refine Boolean searches based on each role’s qualification document
Identify qualified, relevant candidates aligned to seniority, scope, and compensation
Post roles and review inbound applicants with a signal-over-volume mindset
Track outreach volume, responses, and pipeline status
Flex sourcing effort up or down based on role urgency
Maintain clean, structured sourcing notes so work can be stepped into at any point
Conduct recruiter screens
Validate must-haves vs nice-to-haves against the qualification document
Assess communication skills, seniority, ownership mindset, and role readiness
Take clear notes that surface strengths, risks, and overall fit
Prepare candidates for interviews with context and expectations
Keep candidates informed, engaged, and moving through the process
Support offer-stage communication by confirming compensation, timing, and concerns
Follow established recruiting process, tone, and standards
Use provided scorecards, scripts, and evaluation frameworks
Provide quick pipeline updates while roles are active
Surface blockers early (low response rates, weak talent pools, comp misalignment)
Step in or step out cleanly as roles open and close
Operate as flexible recruiting capacity, not a full-time dependency
Maintain professionalism and strong brand representation at all times
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency, contract, or embedded)
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills, including Boolean search and outbound messaging
Experience managing multiple roles or clients at the same time
Clear written communication and structured candidate notes
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Comfort flexing hours up or down based on workload
Preferred
Experience supporting founders, consultants, or fractional teams
Background recruiting for tech, marketing, operations, or leadership roles
Experience using modern ATS platforms
Prior freelance or contract recruiting experience
