Responsibilities
Serve as a lead content creator for internal messaging within a banking environment, developing clear and engaging communications for emails, meetings, and marketing materials related to IT projects
Create polished, professional PowerPoint presentations that include data visualizations, graphics, and concise, visually compelling messaging tailored for internal audiences
Collaborate with business line management to plan and deliver internal communication strategies supporting change management, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives
Manage and update the divisional intranet site, including content planning, design, and publishing
Evaluate new communication channels and tools for potential implementation to improve internal communication effectiveness
May serve as a team lead, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in communications or marketing roles
Hands-on experience in internal messaging content creation
Strong writing skills, able to translate technical jargon to a non-technical audience
Strong visual communication skills, including PowerPoint, to create professional, clear, concise content using graphs, images, and other creative means to communicate data
Autonomous, self-driven project member who collaborates well
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar communications specialist or content development role is strongly preferred
