Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day private equity fund accounting for closed-end funds
Review capital calls, distributions, NAVs, fees, allocations, and waterfalls
Oversee performance reporting (including IRR) and ad hoc client/investor reports
Lead, mentor, and develop a team (up to ~10 staff)
Act as a primary contact for clients and coordinate onboarding/launches
Manage audits and enhance processes, controls, and workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of fund administration / fund accounting experience (PE and/or hedge), including 3+ years in a supervisory role
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Strong understanding of closed-end fund mechanics, capital activity, and waterfalls
Proven people management, communication, and client-facing skills
Strong systems aptitude; PE fund systems (e.g., Investran or similar) a plus
