Responsibilities

Play a key role in driving success at our Hightop Ridge community
Guide homebuyers through the process using our proven LGI way to deliver results and exceptional customer service
Meet clients face-to-face or on the phone as needed
Work weekends as required
Maintain a valid driver's license
Achieve great results in a commission-based environment
Participate in training and utilize provided tools to succeed
Achieve sales targets to maximize earning potential
Engage in goal-setting and recognition activities as part of the company culture
Utilize strong communication skills to connect with clients
Contribute to a competitive sales environment
Close sales and earn commissions based on performance
