Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies
Assess project scope and break down work into manageable workstreams
Document decisions, track progress, and communicate timelines to project teams
Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Identify process improvements and support adoption of technology or analytics solutions as part of project execution
Facilitate project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, operational, and technical resources, to achieve project goals
Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure alignment with project objectives
Manage project resources, including documentation, tools, and other materials
Collaborate with HR and technology teams to implement HR systems and analytics solutions
Align technology resources with project timelines and organizational priorities
Deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, changes, and outcomes
Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or analytics tools
Qualification
Required
Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program
Four or more years of experience in project management or program administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
