Responsibilities

Own executive relationships and ensure client success across key E&C accounts
Identify and drive growth opportunities
Partner with solution architects to co-develop industry-specific IP and accelerators
Lead strategic account planning, QBRs, and cross-functional coordination
Provide E&C domain expertise and thought leadership

Qualification

E&C industry experienceAccount managementConstruction workflows knowledgeERP solutions familiarityCommunication skillsStrategic planning skillsPMP certificationLean Six Sigma certificationEnglish proficiencyNegotiation skills

Required

Minimum 8 years of in E&C or project-based industries, with enterprise consulting or account leadership experience
Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts
Strong knowledge of construction workflows (field-to-office, project controls, etc.)
Familiarity with popular ERP solutions for project-centric firms (Oracle/Primavera, SAP, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
English: Proficient

Preferred

PMP, Lean Six Sigma certifications
