Responsibilities
The successful BIM Coordinator will be part of the Introba Digital Practice and responsible for working as part of teams to develop engineering drawings
This role will support the BIM Lead with setup of drawing sheets and incorporate designs developed by the engineers/designers into Revit or AutoCAD
Included in responsibility is time management and meeting agreed deadlines set by the team

Qualification
Required
Certificate, Associate's Degree or higher from a college or university in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or other engineering-related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering environment
Ability to read and understand engineering mark-up drawings
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify inconsistencies or coordination issues
Experience using Revit to produce engineering 3D models and drawings
Navigate the project browser, ribbon, and settings
Knowledge of view templates, filters and worksets
Use of standard families/blocks
Experience using AutoCAD to produce 2D drawings
Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
General document control / information management
Best practices of drawing layouts and drafting skills
General understanding of building systems drawings
Model coordination / 3D coordination
Time management and meeting agreed deadlines set by the team
Self-development of their career and actively learning from others
Effective listening and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others
